Our client wanted to update their survey plans for one of their sites in Liverpool. We were asked to produce a full topographical survey of the site, building elevations and floor plans of each building on site. Within a day of being awarded the contract, a survey crew was on site and was setting up the main control network to be used throughout the job. As agreed with the client, 2 survey crews were assigned to carry out the topographic survey using the established control network. At this stage they also measured the building footprints using reflectorless total stations in preparation for the measured building work to come. We supplied the client with a fully detailed topographical drawing showing all the local detail, and listing the control used. All of our drawings are easy to read thanks to our unique coding system, which enables easy identification of points and lines on the drawings. We supplied the drawings in electronic DWG format via email as requested, this enabled the client to have the drawings as fast as possible, and we followed this up by sending a paper copy in the post.
