Surveying the rails is obviously a very important part of the service we offer, and our land surveyors and 3D laser scanning teams combine their resources to produce accurate plans and models of the railway, the local ground model, and all associated signage, equipment and utlities that accompany the rail.

On top of this basic survey, our laser scanning equipment is ideal for producing highly detailed models for flythroughs, sections and deformation surveys. The remote nature of scanning means that we are able to work much more safely when surveying red zones.

There are many types of natural and man made structures that interact with or influence the railways. Using our scanners, we can produce accurate models of tunnel interiors, rock faces, bridges, crossings and junctions.
